 Description:  Press Release: The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) announced, weather permitting, there will be a new lane configuration on eastbound and westbound I-290 from North Avenue to Church Road. Bridge maintenance work on I-290 will close the I-290 exit ramp to southbound I-355 and Lake Street. Motorists should seek alternate routes if possible.
