 Description:  The purpose of this Intended Use Plan (IUP) is to fulfill the requirements of Section 606(c) of Title VI of the Water Quality Act of 1987 which amends the Federal Clean Water Act (CWA) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) as a prerequisite for award of a federal grant to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) for capitalization of the State Revolving Fund from funds provided under the ARRA for use in the Water Pollution Control Loan Program (WPCLP).
