 Description:  Vehicle crashes are the number one killer of teens. In an effort to combat this tragic statistic, the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Illinois State Police (ISP) and many local sponsors are hosting the Drive for Tomorrow program that brings driver education students together with trained professionals to identify driving hazards and teach skills to prepare these young drivers for the road. A news conference will be held on Thursday, May 8 at 10 a.m. at the Oakley-Lindsay Center, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Quincy, IL.
