 Description:  As the State Homeland Security Advisor to Governor Quinn, I have been in contact with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security regarding the death of Osama bin Laden. At this time, we are working closely with the State Terrorism and Intelligence Center (STIC) as intelligence experts there collect and disseminate information to our state and local law enforcement partners regarding this event. I am also in close communications with the Illinois State Police.
