 Description:  This annual report is in accordance with Public Act 88-0254, which requires that the Department on Aging, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Public Health and the Department of Healthcare and Family Services formerly Public Aid , cooperate in the development and submission of an annual report on programs and services provided to minority senior citizens. The report focuses on the extent to which these services and programs have succeeded in their efforts to target minority seniors.
