According to the Petitioners, approval of the AIU Agreement would perfect the transfer of 597 Ameren Services employees to the Ameren Illinois Utilities (566 to AmerenCILCO, 4 to AmerenCIPS, and 27 to AmerenIP), which began on January 1, 2009.
