Through this partnership, IDOT, NASCAR and Chicagoland Speedway established a pilot program to promote the Buckle Up America campaign and the Friends Dont Let Friends Drive Drunk campaign, as part of the annual NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series weekend of racing at the Speedway to encourage safe driving.
