Amounts received in excess of $95,000,000 in fiscal years 2005 and 2006 shall be deposited 50% into the General Revenue Fund and 50% into the Community Mental Health Medicaid Trust Fund. No reserve will be imposed upon Mental Health community providers by the Governors Office of Management and Budget. The State Comptroller, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Public Aid, the Department of Children and Family Services, the Department of Public Health and the Department on Aging agreed to identify cases of service provider hardship and give priority to paying those providers.
