 Description:  The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will re-open eastbound U.S. 24 across the Memorial Bridge in Quincy this afternoon now that river levels have dropped in the area. However, the U.S. 54 Bridge into Louisiana, Missouri remains closed. Traffic is still being rerouted to IL-96 northbound to I-72 westbound into Hannibal, Missouri.
