 Description:  CHIGCAGO The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will host a Public Hearing on April 3, 2013, to discuss the preferred alternative for the future reconstruction of the Circle Interchange. The Circle Interchange is located within the City of Chicago, in Cook County, Illinois. The project study area is along I-90/94 from Roosevelt Road (on the south) to Lake Street (on the north), and along I-290/Congress Parkway from Canal Street/the Old Post Office Building (on the east) to Racine Avenue (on the west).
