The Illinois State Symbols activity book from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) is designed to supplement your curriculum in a variety of ways. The information and activities can help you meet the following Illinois Learning Standards: 12.B.1a; 12.B.2b. For more information about other educational materials available, contact the IDNR Division of Education (217/524-4126; dnr.teachkids@illinois.gov). IDNR activity books are designed for use by children on their own or with the assistance of a teacher or parents.
