The Charging Party filed a timely appeal pursuant to Section 1200.135(a) of the Board's Rules and Regulations, 80 Ill. Admin. Code [sec.] 1200.135(a), and the Union filed a response. After reviewing the record and appeal, we affirm the Executive Director's Order for the following reasons. |   | |   | Date Created:   | 01-29-2016 |   | |   | Agency ID:   | Case No. S-CB-15-028 |   | |   | ISL ID:   | 000000057799   Original UID: 178892 FIRST WORD: Decisions |   |
