Researchers used multiple surveys of program staff and participants in order to obtain feedback on trainings and general program operations. The program met its goals of building protective factors to reduce child maltreatment in families; employing and training over 1,000 parents to complete service projects; and improving the community through community service.

Collectively, the reports will educate criminal justice professionals and the public about the potential benefit of a structured, residential, reentry program for formerly incarcerated men and women.
