Decisions and Opinions of the Illinois State Labor Relations Board

 Volume/Number:
 Issuing Agency:
Description:  Charging Party, Mathew George, filed an unfair labor practice charge with the Illinois Labor Relations Board, Local Panel, alleging that Respondent, County of Cook (Health & Hospitals System), violated Section 10(a) of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, 5 ILCS 315/10(a)(2010). On November 17, 2011, Executive Director John F.
