This project has identified 16 pharmaceuticals and personal care products in the untreated or potable water of five public water supplies in Illinois. The results for the potable water samples were compared against conservative Screening Levels developed by Agency and the Illinois Department of Public Health toxicologists, and were found to not present a public health hazard at this time. However, there are also considerable uncertainties that suggest that further sampling is appropriate if funding can be made available. Also contains the sampling results obtained by the study. | | | Date Created: | | | | Agency ID: | | | | ISL ID: | 000000020161 Original UID: NA for serial records FIRST WORD: Report | |
