Five workgroups pertaining to finance, workforce/caregiver; nursing home conversion; services expansion; and coordinated point of entry met througout 2008 to consider actions that will adviance the trnasformation of long term care in Illinois. The report includes the Department's recommendations and significant accomplishments.
