  • The biennial Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA) report summarizes data collected from participating municipalities and their employees (recipients) regarding special insurance benefits provided to qualifying recipients. This data includes the recipient population demographics as well as the participating municipalities financial components in providing this program to qualifying recipients. Over the years, more municipalities have begun to participate in this program as the numbers of qualifying recipients have steadily increased.
