  • 20 ILCS 655/12-9 requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to report on the operation of the Enterprise Zone Loan Fund, however, the Department has never received an appropriation for this fund. Also, this fund does not exist with the State Comptroller, therefore, there is nothing to report on the operation of the Enterprise Zone Loan Fund.
