- Chicago Public Library is once again partnering with the Illinois State Library Talking Book and Braille Service and the National Library Service for the Print Disabled. The Chicago Public Library Assistive Resources and Talking Book Center, located at the main branch of the Chicago Public Library, provides an array of services, resources, materials and technology that helps eliminate barriers for individuals with disabilities including visual/physical disabilities, deaf and hard of hearing, limited-English proficiency persons and senior adults.
