This ceremony is free and open to the public and includes the presentation of a proclamation signed by Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, a wreath laying in the waters of Lake Springfield, Sangamon County Interveteran Honor Guard presentation and the playing of Taps and Bag-pipes.
