  • SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Corrections is partnering with Willow Creek Community Church to give ex-offenders a better chance at finding a job and taking control of their lives. For the very first time at the Summit of Hope, ex-offenders will have an opportunity to have a tattoo removed, which for some is a critical step toward increasing their employment odds.
