Nagy (ALJ) issued aRecommended Decision and Order (RDO) in the above-referenced matter, granting the unitclarification petition filed by the State of Illinois, Department of Central Management Services(Employer or Petitioner) with the Illinois Labor Relations Board (Board) on February 10, 2017. Thepetition sought to exclude one Public Service Administrator (PSA) Option 6 position (Call FloorSupervisor), position number 37015-16-18-422-50-01, in the Department of Children and FamilyServices (DCFS) from a unit represented by the American Federation of State, County and MunicipalEmployees, Council 31 (AFSCME or Union). The Employer asserted the Call Floor Supervisorposition should be excluded from the unit as supervisory within the meaning of Section 3(r) of theAct.
