  • Press Release: Richard L. Van Dyke and Dick Van Dyke Financial, LTD, Springfield Stipulation and Consent Order issued effective March 9, 2015. Mr. Van Dyke has been licensed to sell life, health and variable insurance since 2005. Dick Van Dyke Financial, LTD was a licensed business entity from 2005 through 2013. The Order stipulates that Mr. Van Dyke shall answer all questions correctly, accurately and honestly on all applications for insurance, suitability forms and other applicable forms, shall obtain and maintain approval from insurers prior to any advertising and shall pay a civil penalty of $6,000.
