  • Press Release: Illinois continuing education provider certification disqualified effective March 3, 2015. LMIs certification was disqualified after an investigation which revealed that LMI entered into a Stipulation and Consent Order with the Department on December 8, 2014, but failed to pay the civil penalty of $3,500 within 30 days of the entry date of the Order, thereby failing to comply with a Directors Order. A civil penalty of $3,500 was also assessed.
