  • A Rock Island jury convicted this Cordova police sergeant of intimidation for threatening to refuse to respond to certain 911 calls. At his 2012 sentencing hearing, the circuit court imposed two years of probation with conditions, including the requirement that he become current in his court-ordered child support, which was then 3 years in arrears.
