  • A Cook County jury convicted this defendant of the March, 1999 aggravated criminal sexual assault of a woman which took place on the south side of Chicago. More than three years after the crime, he was arrested and charged, and his trial began in 2006. He received a life sentence, and the appellate court affirmed.
