- In Livingston County, this defendant was sentenced in April 2012 to 12 years in prison after entering an open plea of guilty to drug offenses. The trial court had entered a conviction for unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. On May 3, 2012, a motion to reconsider the sentence as excessive was filed.
