  • Press Release: Three establishments received citations for selling alcohol to minors under 21 years old in Effingham, Fayette, and Marion Counties. On Wednesday, February 4, 2015, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC), in conjunction with the Illinois State Police District 12, conducted 15 underage compliance checks in Patoka, Effingham, Sandoval, Vandalia, Junction City, and Teutopolis. Five of the locations visited had previously failed an underage compliance check within the last five years.
