  • When I looked at the clock and saw it was 12:32pm, I felt the urge to buy a ticket right before the 12:35pm cutoff time of the Lucky Day Lotto midday drawing. I am still in shock that my ticket was the winner! Neelam Shah told staff at the Illinois Lottery Prize Center in Chicago when she presented her $900,000 winning ticket. The Chicago resident won the jackpot prize when her Lucky Day Lotto Quick Pick ticket matched all five numbers 06 - 22 - 28 - 34 - 39 in the Saturday, August 30, midday drawing.
