  • As part of Earth Month and Air Quality Awareness Week, Illinois Partners for Clean Air (Illinois PFCA) is pleased to announce that Christian Surtz of Marmion Academy in Aurora has been chosen as the winner of the Shoot for the Skies PSA Video Contest. The creative environmental education contest challenged Chicago area students to write, direct and produce their own Public Service Announcement (PSA) video utilizing their talent, creativity and inspiration to educate the general public about Chicago area air quality and actions to improve it.
