  • Illinois EPA Director Lisa Bonnett Thursday asked the Illinois Attorney Generals Office to pursue enforcement against Keokuk Junction Railway Company (KJR), which operated a train which derailed over a bridge on its rail line crossing the Spoon River in Fulton County on September 16. IEPA is also citing the operation for several violations of Illinois Pollution Control Board regulations and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.
