- Press Release: Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Acting Director Adam Pollet announced today that 55 local governments will be receiving $6.2 million from the IKE Disaster Recovery Planning Program (IKE-PLP) to assist Illinois communities develop long-term disaster plans. The IKE recovery program is named for Hurricane Ike, the 2008 disaster that ranks among the costliest hurricanes to make landfall in the United States.
