  • The Illinois State Police Zone 7, General Criminal Investigations Unit, in conjunction with the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) made possible the arrests of two individuals connected to a series of arsons in Cumberland County. The two suspects identified as Levi Barnes, 21, of Greenup, and Paul McCormick, 23, of Toledo were arrested on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 and face charges of aggravated arson and residential arson.
