- Local 8A-28A Metal Polishers, Sign and Display, Novelty Workers, Automotive Equipment Painters and Chicago Tranist Authority: An employee sought judicial review of the portion of the decision by the Illinois Labor Relations Board (Board) denying his request that the Board enforce the remedy it ordered the employer, Chicago Transit Authority, to implement in favor of the employee in an unfair labor practice case. We affirm the administrative decision denying the employee's request because the remedy correctly did not include payment of hourly wages to the employee for travel time to and from the work location to which he was unfairly transferred. There was no showing of any abuse of discretion by the Board in fashioning this remedy.
