  • EPA Director Lisa Bonnett today asked the Illinois Attorney Generals Office to seek an immediate injunctive court order to require Conserv FS and Schoff Farm Service (SFS) to immediately cleanup an area affected by an anhydrous ammonia leak that occurred the night of Tuesday, June 4. IEPA is also citing the companies for several violations of Illinois Pollution Control Board regulations and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.
