  • As Chairperson of the Violent Crime Advisory Commission, I am pleased to provide this annual report in accordance with the Violent Crimes Victim Assistance Act (VCVA). [735 ILCS 240/5]. This years report will focus on efforts to stem the decline of deposits into the VCVA fund and the effects of these declines.
