  • On September 21, 2010, the Illinois Labor Relations Board's Executive Director, John Brosnan, issued a Decision and Order in the above-captioned case directing that a bargaining unit certified in Case No. S-RC-10-216 be clarified to include the titles disputed in that earlier proceeding, namely, the part-time employee classifications in the Water and Wastewater Department and the Transportation Department of the Village of Mahomet (Employer). The Employer filed a timely appeal of the Executive Director's Decision and Order pursuant to Section 1200.135(a) of the Rules and Regulations of the Illinois Labor Relations Board, 80 Ill. Admin. Code Parts 1200 through 1240 (Rules), and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local Union No. 26 (Petitioner) filed a response. After reviewing the record, the appeal and the response, we find the appeal without merit, and direct that the unit be clarified to include the petitioned-for part-time employee classifications.
