  • Public Act 096-1384 mandates the electronic transmission of all returns, applications, and payments for IFTA. Beginning October 1, 2012, you are required to electronically submit your Form MFUT-12, Motor Fuel Use Tax IFTA License and Decals Application. All required payments must be made electronically. Beginning January 1, 2013, you are required to file your Form MFUT-15, IFTA Quarterly Return, electronically. All required payments must be made electronically.
