  • In order to give area residents an opportunity to discuss the pending air and water permit applications for Illinois Sands, LLC, the Illinois EPA is hosting a Public Availability Session. In addition to the Availability Session, the IEPA will accept written comments. Comments must be postmarked by December 31, 2012. The comments will be reviewed and considered by IEPA staff before decisions are made.
