- The Lincoln Trail Libraries System (LTLS) should continue to operate a delivery system. Delivery frequency should be determined using an objective method based on the assumptions that libraries that share their resources with other.libraries should receive priority treatment. Libraries that participate in the LTLS automated system or in Illinet On-Line have the greatest potential to contribute to resource sharing because their holdings can be readily identified by other libraries. Libraries with special collections also contribute significantly to resource sharing by filling requests with photocopies of articles from journals and reference works.
