  • Partners for Clean Air (Illinois PFCA) is issuing a last call for students planning to submit a contest entry to the Shoot for the Skies PSA Video Contest. Submissions are due by Friday, March 15 at 5:00 p.m. Through the contest, students are asked to write, direct and produce a :60 television PSA utilizing their talent, creativity and inspiration to educate the general public about the importance of Chicago area air quality and the simple actions we can all take every day to protect our health, and improve air quality.
