  • The Illinois Department of Transportation announces that weather permitting, St. Clair Avenue near 21st Street in East St. Louis, IL, will be closed starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2012, and continuing for three (3) days through Wednesday, June 27, 2012. The road closure is necessary to allow the Terminal Railroad to rehabilitate their crossing.
