  • Illinois Route 47, North of U.S. Route 136

Description

  • The Illinois Department of Transportation announced today that 5.95 miles of Illinois Route 47 is slated to be patched, cold milled, and resurfaced starting on April 23, 2012, weather permitting. The project runs from just north of U.S. Route 136 to the Champaign/ Ford County line northwest of Fisher. In addition, a drainage repair and guardrail improvements are also planned. During construction, one lane of traffic will be maintained.
