  • The Illinois Department of Transportation announces today that weather permitting, construction work at the interchange of I-39 and US 20 south of Rockford will begin on Monday, June 4, 2012. Alliance Contractors will be the contractor for the $98,507 project to make improvements to the bridge over Linden Road on the ramp from northbound I-39 to eastbound US 20.
