  • To support the development of State Implementation Plans (SIPs) for ozone, PM2.5, and regional haze in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin, technical analyses were conducted by the Lake Michigan Air Directors Consortium (LADCO), its member states, and various contractors. The analyses include preparation of regional emissions inventories and meteorological data, evaluation and application of regional chemical transport models, and collection and analysis of ambient monitoring data.
