  • This report is part 2 of "Watershed Plan and Phase 1 Diagnostic/Feasibility Study of Lake Carlinville, Macoupin County, Illinois." Pursuant to the information collected and the conclusions derived from the Diagnostic Study (Part 1) of this Report, a Lake and Watershed Management Plan (Part 2) was developed by investigating potential alternatives for restoring the water quality and enhancing the recreational and aesthetic qualities of Lake Carlinville and its watershed. This plan should facilitate future implementation of recommendations and serve as a vehicle for additional funding through the Nonpoint Source Pollution Control Program or Illinois Clean Lakes Program.
