  • In the IEPA report, Chapter 1 discusses the rationale for beneficial use 23 designations and impairments for Lake Bloomington which is located in central Illinois. 24 Chapter 2 describes the characteristics of the watershed and water bodies. Chapter 3 25 describes the water quality standards and water quality assessment of existing data. 26 Chapter 4 summarizes the nonpoint and point sources in Lake Bloomington. Chapter 5 27 describes the technical approach used for the TMDL development including modeling 28 approach and calibration. Chapter 6 presents the TMDL components including load 29 allocations. Finally, Chapter 7 briefly describes the implementation plan.
