  • Effective May 2000, Lifetime General Operating Permits are available for concrete plants. This lifetime permit eliminates the process of renewing the permit. This permit allows the company to operate up to a limited number of equipment as specified below without requiring any additional permits provided in the terms of the permit. The lifetime permit has no expiration date.
