  • Inmate Cesar Sanchez K55087 escaped from a moving van during transport from court in Bridgeview, Illinois to Stateville Correctional Center in Crestwood at approximately 2:15 this afternoon. The Illinois Department of Corrections has notified all local law enforcement and taskforce teams; along with setting up a command center to locate the offender. Sanchez information and mug shot are on the IDOC website. He was wearing a yellow jumpsuit and handcuffs at the time of his escape. If anyone has information please contact your local police department.
