Holton, Ph.D., newly appointed director of the Illinois Department on Aging, will give remarks during the luncheon on day two of the Memory Loss Conference, Tuesday, November 8, in Springfield. The annual conference is to educate and offer information about resources for those working, or living with dementia, such as Alzheimers disease. The Memory Loss Conference is divided into two days. On Monday, November 7, sessions addressed the needs of caregivers, family and friends of someone with Alzheimers. The agenda for tomorrow, November 8, presents best strategies for professionals in healthcare, aging, and caregiving.
